HELLO FRIENDS!

Thank you very much for visiting my blog - I hope you are having a good day - if not here is a joke I just read -

I know it was bad but it was one of those 'good bad' jokes right? Anyway - hello there! I'm Ricicle! I'm super excited whilst typing this as I have been wanting to make a blog for a while now but I've been totally clueless as to what to call it. The name may still change but I went for Short Cake for the two reasons below,

1. Because I am very very very small in reality - all my family and friends refer to it and honestly, I like being small - so I wanted to reference it in my blog name.
2. Because I like to bake cakes - lots and lots of them, and I'm hoping to make posts about the cakes I've made, pictures and all!

So ta-da welcome to Short Cake! Like I said I hope to type up posts about recipes I have tried but I also want to talk about other things, either to help or entertain. Anyway, whether you come here for cakes or help or for any other reason, I hope we can become friends! I will try my best to write on here as much as I can. I'll maybe put up a post tomorrow with some facts about me!

Anyway as I'm typing this its 12:13am and I'm starting to get sleepy so I think I'll say goodnight for now! 

I'm so worried this will be worded wrong or they'll be spelling mistakes - so forgive me if there is!
